Join to apply for the Automotive Technician/Mechanic role at Amerit Fleet Solutions in Rosemead, CA. This position is essential for maintaining a safe and efficient fleet operations.
Compensation & ShiftCompetitive hourly pay: $27.00 - $32.00/hour, paid weekly on Friday. Shift: Monday – Friday 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.

- Prepare vehicle records and report both manually and on a computer
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance to light and medium duty vehicles
- Perform safety inspections and prepare required documentation
- Comply with applicable laws/regulations, company policies
- Inspect and work on under parts of vehicles
- Access any area of equipment or vehicle for maintenance
- Move and install parts on vehicles
- Interact with clients via email and phone as necessary
- Perform other duties as required
- At least 5 years of vehicle maintenance experience or an auto/diesel technology diploma from an accredited technical school
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Excel, Word, fleet management systems, and email
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
- Must provide own hand tools & toolbox
- Exposure to heavy traffic while performing duties
- Exposure to dust, diesel fumes, noise, chemicals, oils, greases
- Access any area of equipment or vehicle for maintenance
- Ability to move and position heavy objects
- Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, crawl to repair vehicles
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions
