Responsibilities
  • Review software requirements comprehensively and prepare detailed test scenarios to ensure thorough coverage.
  • Execute rigorous tests on software usability, functionality, and performance across various platforms.
  • Analyze test results meticulously, identifying and documenting database impacts, errors, bugs, and usability issues.
  • Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports on all aspects of software testing, providing critical feedback and recommendations to the design and development teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams to understand product vision and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Champion quality best practices throughout the product development process, influencing design and engineering decisions.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable profession, business, or technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Seven to ten years of experience in software quality assurance, testing, or a related product delivery role.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex software requirements and translate them into effective test plans and scenarios.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail in identifying and diagnosing software defects and usability challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing comprehensive reports and collaborating with technical and non‑technical teams.
  • A proactive and problem‑solving mindset, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality software products.
