Locum Tenens OB/GYN Opportunity in Growing Minnesota Community (j-227868) Are you a skilled and motivated OB/GYN physician seeking a locum tenens opportunity in a vibrant Minnesota community south of the Twin Cities? We are actively searching for qualified physicians to join our expanding network of locum tenens OB/GYNs and provide coverage across three well-equipped facilities.

This role offers the chance to utilize your expertise in both inpatient and outpatient settings, while enjoying the amenities of a growing and diverse Minnesota community.

Long-Term Opportunity:
This locum tenens position offers a contract length of 6 months to 1 year, providing stability and the chance to build relationships within the community. Flexible Schedule Options:
We are seeking 7-8 locums to create a flexible float pool, allowing you to choose shifts that best fit your schedule. Diverse Patient Population:
You will have the opportunity to care for women across a range of needs, with inpatient coverage available at two facilities. Modern Facilities:
All three facilities utilize Epic, a user-friendly Electronic Medical Records system for efficient documentation and patient care coordination. Two Distinct Practice Environments:
High-Acuity Facility:
Offers a fast-paced environment with medium case volume, in-house call shifts available 7 days a week for physicians comfortable with the demands. Shift details:
Day shift: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (10.5 hours) Night shift: 5:30 PM - 7:00 AM (13.5 hours) Weekend shifts: 12 hours No back-to-back 24-hour shifts Low-Volume Facility:
Offers a relaxed environment with 1-2 deliveries per day, requiring off-site call coverage only.

Qualifications:

Board-certified/Board-eligible OB/GYN physician Clean professional record, free of malpractice claims (mandatory) Willingness to obtain a Minnesota license (we can assist with the process) Beyond the Work:
