Base pay range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents daily
• Assist with hiring of all staff
• Staffing of facility
• Uphold licensing requirements
• Staff training and conflict resolution
• Conduct parent meetings
• Attend corporate director trainings & meetings
• Maintain center enrollment
• Have fun!

Requirements

• CDA, Associate’s Degree or higher
• Minnesota director qualifications
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Experience working with children 0–13 years old
• Management experience
