Preschool Teacher – New Horizon Academy

Join our school family at New Horizon Academy in Rosemount, MN. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Preschool Teacher to inspire the next generation of learners.

Job Details
  • Sign‑On Bonus: $1,000
  • Wage Range: $20.55 – $25.30 per hour (DOE)
Eligibility & Qualifications
  • Minimum 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA to meet MN Rule 3 teacher‑qualification standards.
  • Full‑time, Monday‑Friday schedule with flexible hours.
  • Positive work ethic, team‑centered attitude, and willingness to learn and grow as an educator.
  • Passion for working with children.

Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required.

Additional Qualifications
  • Meets or exceeds state qualifications for the position.
  • Previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Meets position qualification requirements outlined by state department guidelines.
  • Successfully completes the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
  • Provides proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
  • Physical ability to perform required job duties with or without accommodations.
  • Effective communication with children, families, and staff, understanding state licensing regulations and company policies.
