Overview

As a Lead Stretch Specialist, you will play a pivotal role delivering branded Dynamic Stretch sessions to clients, ensuring they achieve their flexibility and mobility goals. You will lead and mentor other stretch specialists, overseeing their training and performance to maintain the highest quality of service. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, deep knowledge of stretching techniques, and a commitment to the overall Dynamic Personal Training Method.

• Stretching Sessions:
  Perform one-on-one stretch sessions with clients, using a variety of stretching techniques to enhance flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and improve overall range of motion.
• Member Assessment:
  Conduct thorough initial assessments of members to determine their flexibility, mobility, and stretching needs. Create personalized stretching programs tailored to individual goals and physical condition.
• Team Mentorship:
  Lead a team of stretch specialists, providing guidance and training to ensure they deliver effective stretching sessions that align with the company s standards.
• Educate the Life Time team on various recovery therapies and techniques to support the overall client experience
• Engage in required training associated with the role
• Maintain an artistry level recovery space focused on all senses

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years’ experience delivering Assisted Stretch sessions
• CPR and First Aid Certified
• Knowledge of recovery techniques and therapies
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, nutrition and psychology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Certified Pilates Trainer
• CPR and AED Certified

• College degree in Exercise Science or related field
• External Stretching Certification

This position will be paid on a commission basis tied to performance goals. The minimum pay for the position will be in excess of one-and-one-half times the applicable minimum wage per hour.
