At Suite Living Senior Care, we provide high-quality Assisted Living and Memory Care in beautifully designed, intimate communities‑each with 32 units, including 10 dedicated Memory Care apartments.   All new team members complete a 4‑day onboarding training (Mon–Thurs, 8:30am–4:30pm) at our Arden Hills, MN training center

We are looking for Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping others and thrive in a person‑centered care environment. Whether you’re experienced or newly certified, if you have a heart for seniors, we want to meet you!

You’ll work directly with our residents to provide personalized care and support that makes every day a little brighter.

We have the following shifts available:

• AM (6am‑2pm)
• PM (2pm‑10pm)
• NOC (10pm‑6am)

• Assist with ninja of daily living됐 (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility
• Help with medication administration (training provided)
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass medications (we’ll train you!)
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability

All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
