Position Details
  • Location:

    Rosemount, MN 55068
  • Mon‑Friday 6:00 am‑3:30 pm (flexible to after hours and weekends as needed)
  • Contract estimated through November 2026, possible extension/hire
  • Exempt Salaried (broken down hourly for invoicing purposes only)
Requirements
  • Must be proficient and well‑practiced in leveraging information and data in making informed decisions.
  • Extensive knowledge of safety protocols, processes and procedures.
  • Deep understanding of industry specific estimating and engineering best practices.
  • Ability to identify change events and implement change management best practices.
  • Knowledge of various construction technology platforms, quality, and safety standards.
  • Solid understanding of construction accounting principles and cost forecasting.
  • Able to report and read out project information to all stakeholders as needed or required.
  • Ability to develop and manage project schedules.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others.
  • Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
  • Strong oral and written communication and organizational skills, including excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to effectively present to small and large groups.
  • Disciplined, detail oriented, organized, and self‑driven.
  • Demonstrated skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex problems, conflicts, and issues.
  • Proficient in using a computer and business / industry applications – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.), Bluebeam, Procore, Textura and others.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree Construction Management, Engineering or other related discipline. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry in management or leadership role. Experience overseeing and managing large structured cabling projects and/or data center construction projects highly preferred.
  • Experienced in managing all contracting and project delivery methods – lump sum / fixed price, cost plus, GMP, unit price / rate, design‑build, time and material.
  • Preferred professional certifications:
    • OSHA‑30 Hour certification (if not certified at time of hire, certifications must be obtained within first six (6) months of employment)
    • BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
    • BICSI Registered Telecommunications Project Manager (RTPM)
    • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP)
