Quality Control Programs & Documentation

  • Develop and implement a supplier quality program for rotating equipment repair suppliers and service providers, including qualification criteria, inspection and quality requirements, supplier performance measures, documentation expectations, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Establish risk-based quality controls and inspection requirements based on supplier capability, equipment criticality, repair scope, and quality risk.

  • Develop supplier scorecards and quality metrics to identify trends, prioritize improvement opportunities, and measure supplier and quality program effectiveness.
  • Lead supplier quality improvement efforts by analyzing performance data and quality failures, driving root‑cause analysis and corrective actions, verifying effectiveness, and developing supplier capabilities to prevent recurrence.

Supplier Quality Engineering & Repair Oversight
