Facility Operations Team Member – Life Time Inc.

Join Life Time’s Facility Operations Team and help keep the club clean, stocked, and welcoming. You will perform daily maintenance, support member services, and ensure the club meets Life Time’s presentation standards.

Position Summary

As a Facility Ops Team Member, you will maintain indoor and outdoor cleanliness, assist with member inquiries, and ensure supplies and chemicals are used per department budget.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Maintain indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
  • Wash, fold, and stock member towels and keep the locker rooms neat and orderly.
  • Use locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals in accordance with the department budget.
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies, and procedures.
Position Requirements
  • Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time.
Preferred Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $13.25 and paying up to $15.75, based on experience and qualifications.
