We are seeking a Local Store Marketer (LSM) who can help increase sales at the local level by building community relationships and enhancing guest loyalty. If you have a passion for networking and creativity, apply today!

• Assisting the Managing Partner and management team in creating, developing, and implementing local marketing programs to boost guest loyalty, guest counts, check averages, and overall sales.
• Promoting all Texas Roadhouse in-house promotions (Great Steak, Rib Fest, Gift Cards, etc.).
• Building relationships during food and bread runs with local businesses, hotels, radio stations, etc.
• Establishing positive and ongoing relationships with neighboring retailers, hotels, civic groups, etc.
• Developing and executing community and charitable events to position Texas Roadhouse as a community leader and increase brand awareness.
• Supporting public relations efforts, including cooking segments, media releases, and publicity events.
• Communicating regularly with the Managing Partner, management team, and employees about ongoing programs, plans, and results.
