Professional Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Engineer with expertise in forming and shoring systems to join our team. This role combines technical design responsibilities with leadership and client-facing support. This candidate will mentor junior engineers, collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies, and provide innovative solutions for complex projects. This role pays up to $110k annually.

  Guide and support junior engineers through technical challenges and career development.

  Partner with sales teams to develop safe, efficient design solutions and provide engineering expertise to address client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Design & Technical Work:
  Perform structural design and analysis for forming and shoring systems; prepare detailed drawings and calculations in compliance with industry standards.
• Project Management:
  Execute miscellaneous engineering projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery; coordinate with internal teams to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Client Support:
  Respond to technical questions from clients and assist in developing tailored solutions.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Licensure:
  Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably with forming and shoring systems; proven ability to mentor junior engineers and lead technical teams.
• Skills:
  
  Strong knowledge of construction industry practices, design codes, AutoCAD and/or Revit, and structural analysis/design software; excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
