This is a full‑time, on‑site Double C Operator position located in Rosenberg, TX. The Double C Operator will oversee and participate in the operation, maintenance, and repair of water and wastewater utility systems. Daily tasks include operating equipment, monitoring system performance, performing routine inspections, conducting repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The position requires the ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals while maintaining high operational standards.

• Skilled in the operation and maintenance of water and wastewater utility systems
• Proficiency in inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing utility system components
• Strong technical and mechanical abilities applicable to equipment operation and repair
• Knowledge of safety protocols, environmental regulations, and compliance standards
• Effective communication and teamwork capabilities
• Ability to adapt to field conditions and work in a physically active outdoor environment
• Possession of relevant certifications or willingness to obtain them
• Previous experience in utility operations or a related field is a plus
