School Readiness Behavior Therapist (Entry‑Level)

Steady Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in our workplace. This is a part‑time, Monday‑Friday afternoon position.

Base pay range: $21.00 / hr – $29.00 / hr (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Afternoons

Employment type: Part‑Time

New Hire Bonus: Earn a bonus after completing 4 weeks of employment, paid out with the first paycheck following the 4‑week mark. Eligibility requires perfect attendance and no schedule changes during the first two weeks.

• Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
• Attend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as needed.
• Collect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided).
• Engage positively with clients and their families.

• RBT Certification (Required).
• Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professionalism under pressure.
• Active listening and problem‑solving skills.
