Superior Tank Company, Inc. is seeking an HR Generalist to provide on-site support for our Texas Division. Reporting to the Corporate HR Manager in Rancho Cucamonga, California, you will partner with local management to strengthen communication, support consistent HR practices and ensure timely follow-through.

What you will do
  • Provide daily HR support to employees and supervisors on policies, attendance, performance and employee relations; coordinate sensitive matters with Corporate HR.
  • Coordinate recruiting, staffing agency relationships, onboarding and employee transitions.
  • Assist with benefits, leave requests, workers’ compensation, timekeeping and payroll questions.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in Paylocity and support audits, reporting and compliance.
  • Coordinate training, policy acknowledgments and follow-up documentation.
  • Partner with Corporate HR Manager and Texas management on projects, process improvements and employee communication.
Requirements What you bring
  • 3–5 years of progressive HR experience.
    · Working knowledge of Texas and federal employment requirements.
  • Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving skills, with sound judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with Corporate HR.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS and business systems.
  • Preferred:
    Bilingual English/Spanish;
    Paylocity and payroll experience; manufacturing or construction experience.
  • A related degree or HR certification is preferred, but a degree is not required.
