Operate manual powder coating guns to apply powder to a wide range of products at a consistent and correct thickness & quality level;
Be responsible for the set-up, proper operation, and maintenance and cleaning of powder application and peripheral equipment;
Operate all aspects of the high-volume powder line, including the 3-stage washer, dry-off oven, powder booths, and cure oven;
Operate all aspects of the batch powder line, including the washer, dry-off chamber, powder booth, and cure oven.
