Finish Sprayer

Benedettini Cabinetry - Rosenberg, TX 77471

The sprayer is responsible for finishing all material, applied with the spray gun. They are to follow the operating procedures including techniques and quality per Benedettini standards. They must visually inspect every piece before and after application for quality.

• Follows schedule for spray booths.
• Responsible for counting doors and frames to ensure all pieces are accounted for.
• Has color approved for each job by management before any job is sprayed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION:

Required:

• Must be able to pass company Drug Screen and background screen.

Preferred:

• 1 to 2 years experience painting cabinets or autobody painting experience.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

• Clear written and verbal communications.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
• Team Player– Acts in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward management and coworkers.
• Dependability – Follows through and does what he/she says he/she will do. Show up for work on time and adheres to the established work schedule.

• Occasional exposure to extreme cold and hot weather conditions.
