Mid-shift Mon-Thu 8a-4:30p & Fri 7a-3:30p
. This position is responsible for ensuring products are manufactured in accordance with FDA regulatory requirements as well as company procedures and policies.

• Review product labels for regulatory compliance and accuracy.
• Coordinate label corrections and/or changes and ensure all necessary documentations are signed and filed in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and support new label creation for Biotics and private label customers, including reviewing and approving graphic design, label size, warning statements, special notes and supplement fats panel information.
• Calculate ingredient potencies to ensure product master labels and formulas match.
• Communicate with domestic and foreign counterparts to ensure regulatory compliance consistency.
• Support the registration process of products both within the USA and international countries.
• Maintain product master label file and all relevant change control documents for audit purposes.
• Help support investigation efforts into label discrepancies/errors.
• Remove and quarantine expired labels from inventory.
• Use enterprise Resource planning (ERP) system and spreadsheets to manage product label information.
• Control the generation and use of product barcodes /QR codes.
• Effectively work, interact and communicate with co-workers and lead/supervisor.
• Demonstrate professional behavior while working in a team approach when managing challenging situations.
• Assist in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for all staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English to perform necessary duties.
• Ability to multi-task and take initiative without supervision.
• Competency in basic computer skills including MS Office applications:
  Word and Excel.
• Must demonstrate flexibility when re-prioritization is necessary.
• Must be detail-oriented with good organization skills.
• Must be able to work overtime when the company deems it necessary.
• Must be able to wear the necessary, job-related personal protective equipment (PPE).
