Our Part-Time Retail Sales Associates (Stylists) create an unforgettable shopping experience that inspires customers and helps them feel their best. Primary responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service and building wardrobes, while also participating in visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation. You will focus on the customers’ needs to achieve sales goals.

• Guide the Customer through our Brand Experience to make authentic connections
• Be customer-obsessed, lead with loyalty, confidence and product knowledge
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use store technology (POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets) to stay informed on priorities and promotions; deliver a seamless, omni-channel shopping experience; promote loyalty programs and credit services
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards with a focus on the customer
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support shipments, stay aware of product, assist with omni order fulfilment including in-store and curbside pick-up

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
