What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Visit clients in their homes to discuss their flooring projects
- Utilize the sales system with the help of a tablet, laptop, and software
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all flooring service inquiries
- Coordinate installation schedules and communication with the Office Manager
- Ensure customer needs and expectations are met, collaborating with the Install Manager for smooth project execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales experience
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Uphold values of integrity and honesty

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Flooring, construction, or design knowledge is advantageous
- Desire to become part of the team and make a six-figure income
- Valid driver's license
