• Researching new projects and identifying potential business opportunities.
• Maintaining accurate customer information and sales opportunities in Salesforce CRM.
• Tracking projects through online bid sites and plan rooms.
• Coordinating quotes, proposals, and prequalification packages.
• Supporting sales follow-ups, client outreach, and marketing initiatives.
• Assisting with trade shows, industry events, and monthly sales meetings.
• Collaborating with the Sales team and Project Estimator to keep projects organized and moving forward.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and research skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and professional written communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver’s license and occasional travel availability for company events, if needed.
