- Develops and manages projects assigned to work crew.
- Transports probationers to and from worksites, tows trailer, and works in outdoor environments throughout the year.
- Coordinates schedules.
- Prepares and maintains reports of activities and case documentation of community service restitution hours performed.
- Ensures compliance with safety procedures.
- Assigns duties and plans work of others.
- Conducts drug testing and documents information in department computer system.
- Signs for and maintain equipment issued.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Two years job related experience.
- Must have verbal, written communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, and elected officials.
- Construction, building maintenance and/or lawn maintenance skills preferred.
- Valid Texas Driver’s License.
- Availability to work weekends and weekdays.
