Essential Purpose
:
Engage and "wow" our members in every class, creating a sense of community with a fun, results‑focused group workout where everyone feels successful.

• Develop and lead engaging group fitness classes.
• Ensure studio cleanliness and safety.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain equipment and classroom safety.
• Continuously pursue continuing education.

• Timeliness and punctuality.
• Member satisfaction.
• Class size management.
• Safety and reporting of incidents or injuries.

• Own results and drive performance.
• Adapt quickly to various situations.
• Excellent communication with members and teammates.
• Team player and willing to jump into any task.
• Extremely organized and dependable.
• Energetic, motivational fitness role model.
• Good musicality for classes that require beat alignment.
• Clear cueing and communication.

• Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification.
• Valid CPR/AED Certification.

Hourly Pay Range: $25 – $40 USD.
