We are a rapidly growing Company in the Sacramento region with multiple shops opening over the next 5 years. We are looking for a member concierge/ receptionist that has a personal commitment to growth. Management, and Regional Positions will be available

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers
• Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and printing
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Please note that this is not a medical receptionist position.

Education & Experience

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a related field is PREFERRED
