Deal Support Manager
Hybrid role: work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office. Lead end‑to‑end deal management across global delivery, sales, finance, legal, HPEFS, and supply chain functions.
Job Description- Oversee deal life cycle from proposal creation to contract execution, ensuring alignment and meeting deadlines.
- Support pricing model development, cost estimation, and financial scenario analysis to maintain commercial viability.
- Ensure deals follow internal approval processes, commercial policies, and risk guidelines; coordinate with Legal on contract terms.
- Partner with Sales to craft compelling proposals, RFP responses, commercial constructs, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Solution Architects, Finance, and Product teams to validate feasibility and operational readiness.
- Maintain accurate deal documentation, manage CRM updates, and track deal progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Identify and streamline deal processes to improve turnaround time and overarching sales effectiveness.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline health, deal cycle time, pricing trends, and approval bottlenecks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in deal support, sales operations, commercial management, or similar function.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing, cost modeling, or P&L analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical/problem‑solving capabilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office/Excel.

Salary Range (US): $135,500 - $275,000 (plus variable incentives).
