$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

• Submit weekly reports and track referral source development.
• Obtain and close leads, run events, and manage your own schedule.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide recommendations for communication strategies.
• Prepare internal and external documents and manage marketing materials.

• Background in sales and marketing (industry experience a plus but not required).
• Comfort with cold calling or a tolerance for it.
• Developing relationships and qualifying referral sources.
• Strong time‑management, networking, and event‑coordination skills.
• Public speaking ability and the ability to handle rejection well.
• Results‑oriented, aggressive, and competitive.
• Transportation and ability to work full‑time/part‑time.
• Strong writing, computer, and fast, accurate data‑entry skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
• Self‑starter and independent producer.
• Social‑media marketing experience a plus.
• Highly organized with a polished professional image, resilient under pressure, and meeting deadlines.

• Base salary plus monthly residual commission based on billable hours.
