As a Senior Construction Estimator, you’ll be at the core of the company’s project planning and execution, managing multimillion‑dollar projects with precision, and contributing to their continued success.
- Full‑Cycle Estimation:
Manage project estimates for large tilt‑up construction projects, overseeing everything from initial budgeting to final forecast. - Client Engagement:
Attend client‑facing meetings to align project scope, budget, and expectations, building relationships based on trust and expertise. - Budget Management:
Oversee multiple project budgets, ensuring accuracy in financial forecasting and proactive adjustments as needed. - Code Compliance Knowledge:
Utilize your knowledge of CA, WA, OR, , MT, NV, and AZ building codes to ensure compliance and streamline project planning. - Data Proficiency:
Use your expertise in spreadsheets and budgeting software to manage, forecast, and communicate project costs effectively.
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Estimator with a proven history in high‑budget projects who is as comfortable with clients as they are with numbers.
- Extensive Tilt‑Up Project
Experience:
5+ years of experience in estimating multimillion‑dollar tilt‑up projects for a general contractor. - Code Expertise:
Knowledgeable in building codes across several Western U.S. states, including CA, WA, OR, , MT, NV, and AZ. - Client Interaction
Skills:
Comfortable in client‑facing settings, ready to discuss project scopes, budgets, and timelines with key stakeholders. - Software Proficiency:
High proficiency in spreadsheets for budget management and forecasting. - A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
