Construction Superintendent

Trillium Construction is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent for a 10-week contract assignment focused on a commercial shell build-out for a medical office.

Our client is a full-service general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering new construction, remodels, and small-scale maintenance projects in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily onsite operations for a medical office shell build-out project.
-Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
-Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant job site, enforcing safety protocols.
-Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and daily job site activities.
-Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
-Provide daily progress reports and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and other stakeholders.
-Resolve on-site challenges quickly to keep the project on track.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified Superintendent to lead a fast-paced medical office build-out and contribute to a quality healthcare-focused construction project. Pay rate is $40/hour.

Qualifications:

-Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, specifically shell build-outs.

- Experience with medical office or healthcare facility construction is required.
-Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, and healthcare-specific requirements.
-Ability to interpret plans, manage multiple trades, and maintain schedules.
-Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:
-OSHA 30 certification.
-Familiarity with ADA, infection control, and healthcare-specific code compliance.
-Experience managing short-term, high-detail interior build-outs.
