• Schedule appointments, answer patients’ questions, present treatment plans, and collect payments.
• Ensure smooth office flow and patients are seen and cared for in a timely manner.
• Manage patients’ full cycle from clinical diagnosis to treatment acceptance.
• Communicate financial planning and available options based on proposed treatment.
• Lead patients from the first appointment to the last toward a happy and healthy smile.

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience in a dental environment.
• Computer literate a must (Denticon experience is a plus).
• Bilingual a plus.
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred.
• Insurance billing experience a plus.
• Customer Service experience.
• Must have reliable transpiration.
