Treatment Coordinator, Ortho

We are hiring immediately for a full‑time Treatment Coordinator with Ortho experience in our Roseville dental practice. The role involves scheduling appointments, answering patients’ questions, presenting treatment plans and collecting payments. The TC plays a vital part in communicating financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment, ensuring the office flows smoothly and patients are seen and cared for in a timely manner.

• $19.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience presenting treatment plans and going over costs of services
• Knowledge of orthodontic terminology and case presentation
• Computer literate a must. Denticon experience a plus
• Bilingual, helpful but not a requirement
• Previous experience presenting treatment plans and going over costs of services preferred
• Insurance billing experience a plus
• Customer service experience
• Must have reliable transportation
