Are you a Civil Project Engineer with a background in land development, infrastructure, or energy projects looking for a new opportunity? Key responsibilities:

* Lead the design and manage the technical delivery of a variety of land development projects.
* Communicate with clients regarding current projects and collaborate with project managers and our business development team to identify and position the firm to successfully win future work.
* Effectively direct and support technical staff to deliver projects.
* Assist project managers in preparing and managing project scope, budget, and schedule, and prepare deliverables.
* Assist with business development efforts to cultivate strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

* Registered PE in the states of Washington, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
* 3- 5 years of design experience in transportation, gas pipeline, roadway, energy, or utilities
* Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
* Experience mentoring engineers and design technicians
* Experience with managing engineering projects from conception to completion, including scoping, budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, construction support, and project delivery within land development, infrastructure, and energy projects.## Why Join Mac Kay?
