The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 140 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Lash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Brow Laminations, Lash & Brow Tinting, and more. We are proud to create a warm and inviting atmosphere while focusing on the health and care of our guest's natural lashes. Our two salons in the area are owned locally and have already established a name for providing the highest quality of services in the area.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager with responsibility towards both salons. Are you a Marketing Genius, for whom selling comes naturally? Do you have a track record of exceeding sales goals? Are you a motivational leader who’s driven to carve a name for yourself as an inclusive leader, impacting and growing your team each day? RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your focus will be on improving sales, directly with front desk coverage, and indirectly via observing and coaching team members, identifying opportunities, and capitalizing on sales. You will also lead the Marketing activities for both salons using our branded marketing tools and platforms, online, in-salon and through official business partnerships. The Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for the role include the following, and may be updated based on performance and business needs.

There may be opportunities to directly manage front desk & stylist resources (depending on experience).

Lead Conversions

Re-bookings (guest satisfaction)

Membership Sales

Retail Sales

Upgraded experiences Sales

Social Media Followers (marketing)

Online Ratings (marketing)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Strong sales background in the beauty industry, preferably membership & retail sales

Solid experience in marketing and social media management

Outstanding customer service and accountability

Strong attention to detail

Ability to provide positive professional coaching to fellow employees, and maintain a positive work environment

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work with software services such as Mindbody online, Messenger.

AI, Leads Management System, Social Media Management software, Excel, Outlook, etc.
