The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned luxury beauty brand. This role combines customer-facing sales and education with counter operations, vendor partnerships, and digital client development.
Responsibilities- Provide makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
- Set and achieve sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, and build customer loyalty.
- Coordinate vendor events and promotions, maintain vendor relationships, and keep the department organized and customer-ready.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive customer experience and stay current on beauty trends and products.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, frequently bend and reach, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
