Job Details:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in a clinic setting

• 8-hour day shifts with no weekend requirements

• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ARRT(M) - Certified Mammography Technologist

• California Medical Radiographer license (MRAD:

CA) required

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

• Must complete satisfactory formal AMA school of Radiologic Technology or equivalent program

• Completion of 40 hours of structured education in Mammography required

• Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT (RTR) preferred

• One year experience as a Radiologic/Mammography Technologist preferred

• Six months experience in outpatient environment preferred

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills essential

• Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy and physiology for imaging required

• Knowledge of proper operation and care of radiology diagnostic equipment and radiation safety required

• Medical terminology and familiarity with electronic practice management system and PACS required
