Job Description: If you value quality care, but feel frustrated that you can’t provide that where you are, then this is the place for you! We are a small, fast-paced company whose mission is to be the best elderly care option for families in Roseville and the Greater Sacramento area. We are looking to add part-time caregivers.

Requirements:

Comfortable assisting residents with activities of daily living, which include, but are not limited to: assisting with feeding, bathing, getting dressed, incontinence care, and grooming.

Able to complete an assigned list of cleaning tasks in a timely manner and implement our “clean as you go” policy to maintain a clean environment.

Comfortable in the kitchen and able to follow recipes.

Has or is willing to complete CPR and First Aid certification.

Able to lift between 50-100lbs for the purpose of helping with resident transfers.

Qualifications:

A kind, friendly, caring personality with a desire to be a team player.

Experience as a caregiver for the elderly is preferred, but not required. Those who are new to this field can expect extensive training upon hire which includes online and hands-on training.

Experience with medication administration is preferred, but not required.

Able to communicate with residents, management, and fellow staff effectively including reading & writing in English.

Able to consistently be at work for scheduled shifts and be punctual.

Livescan background check, TB Test, and Physical required.

Able to perform all job duties safely and effectively.

12 hour shifts allow for fewer work days, longer weekends, and a higher overall rate of pay.
