Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Caregiver to join our compassionate team. As a full-time caregiver, you will play a key role in supporting clients with their daily needs, providing companionship, and helping to create a safe and comfortable home environment.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care Support: Assist clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.

  • Companionship Services: Engage clients with meaningful conversation, activities, and socialization to enhance their overall mental and emotional well-being.

  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to client-specific dietary preferences and requirements, ensuring proper nutrition.

  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying, and maintaining a clean living space for clients.

  • Mobility and Safety Assistance: Provide support with walking, transferring, and mobility devices to reduce the risk of falls and maintain safety.

  • Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take prescribed medications according to their care plan.

  • Transportation Assistance: Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, and social activities as needed.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving, with a focus on non-medical home care preferred.

  • Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and reliability.

  • License/Certification: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current CPR/First Aid certification preferred.

  • Background Check: Must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift, bend, and assist with client mobility tasks.

  • Must have active registered HCA
