• Deliver Tier‑1 technical customer support.
• Troubleshoot and restore basic technical services.
• Document all incidents accurately in the ticketing system.
• Follow workflows and escalation procedures.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Provide shift coverage as needed.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Understanding of business workflows and operations for supported functions.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Professional communication across email, phone, video, and in person.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work between 7AM‑7PM (8‑hour shifts).

• Ability to stay flexible and perform under pressure.
