Job Overview

Key Responsibilities- Repair and maintain critical voice, video, and data systems, including fiber/copper cabling and high-speed computer networks.
- Execute real‑time configuration changes during launch operations and manage trouble tickets from generation to resolution.
- Service diverse equipment ranging from DICES voice systems and CCTV to telemetry circuits, timing systems, and LMR equipment.
- Partner with other customers to isolate cable faults and resolve cross‑agency circuit issues.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including tower climbing and working in confined spaces (trenches, tunnels, and launch platforms).
- Develop preventative maintenance plans, manage spare parts inventory, and document all actions through formal test and status reports.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- Education:
Technical Training, Certification(s), or Degree. - Experience:
3+ years of related experience. - Technical skills:
Electronic Testing;
Network & Data Systems; RF & Communication Systems;
Video & Audio Systems;
Specialized Launch Equipment systems;
Preventive Maintenance. - Security clearance level: NAC‑I (or equivalent).
- US citizenship required.
- Must be comfortable working at heights (towers/lifts) and in confined spaces (launch pads/tunnels).
