DescriptionWe are looking for a Claims Supervisor II - Commercial Auto - BI to join our team.
Summary- Supervises claims adjusters and technical support staff to manage the day-to-day handling and settlement of claims, the processing and tracking of documents, making payments, tracking trends and communicating with underwriting.
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of a claims handling unit; oversees the investigation of insurance claims.
- Ensures that corporate claims handling procedures and priorities are followed and that budget and productivity requirements are met.
- Ensures that department targets for customer service quality and priorities are met.
- Participates in the hiring, training, evaluation and development of the claims staff.
- High School Diploma;
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred. - 10 plus years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate in Claims, CPCU or other industry related studies.
- Experience with Windows operating system.
- Basic Word processing skills.
National Range $ - $. Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
