Job Description

Real Estate law firm seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3-5 years experience. We have great clients, a relaxed culture, and a results-driven mindset.

Experience with Real Property is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will have knowledge in areas such as complaints, answers/demurrers, depositions, discovery, motions, alternative dispute resolution, hearings, and appeals, with a willingness to learn and grow.

Types of cases include civil litigation, partition actions, unlawful detainer actions, landlord/tenant disputes, construction defects, failure to disclose, estate planning/probate, liens, judgments, and real estate transactions.
