$40.60/hr – $46.26/hr on W2

Property & Facilities Management

We are seeking a Property Management Manager to oversee the operational and financial activities of a retail property or small portfolio of properties. This role requires an independent thinker who can collaborate effectively with a team while managing day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, and financial responsibilities.

• Oversee daily property management operations for retail properties
• Manage tenant and vendor relationships
• Coordinate service providers and conduct regular site visits
• Review and approve invoices and payable items
• Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with operational and financial procedures
• Support and collaborate with internal team members as needed

• 3–5 years of experience in property or facilities management
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite
• Experience with accounting software and budgeting processes
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

• Experience with Yardi or MRI property management systems
• Commercial or retail property management experience
• Strong financial and budgeting background

• Microsoft Office Suite
• Property management and accounting software (e.g., Yardi, MRI)
