Right At School is seeking an Area Manager to oversee multiple in-school enrichment and childcare programs in and around Reno, NV. You will be directly accountable for operations, quality, customer satisfaction and profitability, reporting to the Regional Manager.
This full-time, hybrid role requires driving to schools, managing P&L, licensing compliance, and leading a 35-70 member team across sites. You will collaborate with admins, parents and program managers while promoting growth.
