Base pay range$20.00/hr - $30.00/hr

As part of Komline, Heron Innovators manufactures innovative Suspended Air® Flotation (SAF®) water and wastewater treatment solutions. Through customized skid‑mounted or standalone SAF systems, Heron Innovators delivers sustainable and cost‑effective solutions that outperform traditional wastewater treatment methods.
The Fabricator II will perform a diverse mix of fabrication and assembly work that encompasses the full design, engineering, integration, and build processes. Using equipment such as CNC plasma, grinders, bandsaws, and MIG/TIG welders, they’ll read fabrication drawings and operate forklifts and other standard equipment.
Role And Responsibilities- Proactively identify areas of opportunity and seek solutions through proper resources
- Fabricate and assemble in accordance with production guidelines
- High School Diploma, GED, or sufficient related work experience
- Experience in various field erecting and installation of miscellaneous equipment
- Ability to read fabrication drawings
- Operate forklifts and other standard equipment
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to work full‑time with flexibility for occasional overtime on the weekends
- Certified Welder certification
