The Marketing Specialist will lead Advanced IPM’s marketing efforts with a strong focus on digital advertising, SEO, and multi-channel campaign execution. This role is responsible for developing, launching, and analyzing marketing strategies that generate quality leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support our rapid expansion across multiple regions.

This is a full-time, in-person role based at our Roseville, CA corporate office. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with territory managers, operations, and sales teams to provide strategic marketing guidance tailored to local market needs.

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in home or commercial services.
• Strong working knowledge of technical SEO, local SEO, and on-page optimization.
• Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and data-driven reporting.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Word Press or Hub Spot.
• Understanding of website performance optimization (speed, mobile responsiveness, accessibility).
• Proven ability to create and manage paid digital advertising campaigns.
• Experience with local service lead funnels and multi-location marketing.
• Familiarity with traditional advertising methods and integration with digital efforts.
• Budget management experience, including conversion tracking and ROI analysis.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
