As a CNA at Pine Creek, you ll play an essential role in ensuring our residents receive quality, personalized care.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility)
• Taking vital signs, recording food/fluid intake, and reporting changes in condition to nurses
• Helping with restorative and rehabilitative procedures
• Assisting residents with comfort, safety, and companionship
• Supporting meals and hydration by passing trays, assisting with food identification, and providing after-meal care
• Keeping rooms tidy, beds made, and supplies stocked
• Transporting residents to activities, meals, and appointments
• Creating a warm, respectful, and positive environment for residents and families
• Protecting residents  privacy and dignity while maintaining confidentiality

• Active CNA license in California (required)
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented personality
• Commitment to providing excellent resident-centered care
• Choice of AM or PM shifts
