Pet Care Veterinary Clinic is seeking a
Full-Time Practice Manager
. We are looking for a people-first leader who is energized by developing teams, building culture, and helping our hospital continue to grow to reach its full potential. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of leadership, coaching, and operational excellence, and who takes pride in creating an environment where veterinarians and staff can do their best work to provide animals with the care they deserve.

- Salary
: $60,000-$80,000 per year, determined by the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications - Bonus
:
Eligible to earn up to 15% in a performance-based annual bonus - Hours of Operations
: 9:00am-5:30pm Monday through Friday
- Dedicated Training: Through our partnership with Veterinary Practice Partners (VPP), you’ll have access to dedicated leadership development opportunities to further strengthen your leadership and decision-making skills.
- Collaborative Environment: You’ll have access to VPP’s network of other practice managers and VPP support team members to help support you through different challenges and opportunities.
- Back-Office Support: Centralized support functions (e.g., payroll, IT, Finance, etc.) to help reduce the administrative burden

- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, including workflows, scheduling, staffing, and inventory
- Implement and maintain SOPs that support consistent, high-quality care and operational efficiency
Use practice management systems and key metrics to monitor performance and guide decisions - Champion an exceptional client experience while balancing business performance, team well-being, and patient care — stepping in on the floor when needed
- Previous management experience in a veterinary setting preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and utilize our practice management system
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with a calm, professional presence
