The Homebuyer Concierge at Lennar supports the Sales and Marketing department, demonstrating good judgment, dependability, and maintaining a professional attitude.

- Serve as the main contact for buyers from escrow opening to closing, including managing transactions and providing updates.
- Facilitate all Salesforce Purchase Agreement Milestones.
- Ensure sales files and documents are complete, compliant, and ensure successful closings.
- Assist in administrative tasks and provide backup for New Home Consultants as needed.
- Communicate with customers, take and send photo updates along their journey.
- Preferably one year of experience supporting a real estate sales team.
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s Degree preferred. - Must have a valid Driver’s License and auto insurance;
Real Estate License preferred. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, high-level customer service skills, organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Physical & Office/Site Presence Requirements: Regular, in-person attendance at Company communities/job sites and offices during regular work hours is an essential function of this job. This is a primarily sedentary office position which requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office supplies and materials weighing at least 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard, calculator, and telephone equipment.
May operate a motor vehicle.
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $24.86 - $25, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
