Shift Leader — Full-time

Responsibilities- Leading shifts with purpose
- Leading day to day tasks
- Leading productivity (controlling labor and food costs)
- Ensure the completion of Jolt checklists
- Being an integral part of Department meetings
- Building relationships of trust and accountability with Team Members
- Maintaining a fun work environment
- Maintaining vision alignment with the Operator and Director team
- Demonstrate the organization’s Mission & Core Values
- Attention to detail
- Takes initiative
- Compassionate towards Team Members
- Delegates tasks when needed
- Takes charge and ownership of the shift
- Solves problems and makes quick decisions when necessary
- Coaches and develops others through an attitude of continuous improvement
- Welcomes feedback and uses it to grow
- Available to open and close the restaurant a minimum of three times a week
- Works an average of 32 hours a week
