Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively with team members; and remains flexible to the needs of the business to work in other areas.

Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future and mass productions; prepares for seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution.

Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.

Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control standards; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs; assists members with purchasing decisions and resolving issues.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual hourly rate will be at least the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation may include incentives and premiums where applicable.
