Sur La Table is seeking a Floor Lead in the United States to support the GM or Store Manager and lead daily store operations. You will inspire customers, coach staff, and ensure high standards for service, product knowledge and visual displays on the floor.
Ideal candidates have 1 year of retail sales and customer service experience, with 1 year of supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency with POS systems and MS Office is expected;
Food Handlers Certification may be required.
